The website works on points.

We will give you 1 point (£1.50) each month for every friend you get to sign up.

1 point = £1.50

So then you can add your points up, and when you are ready to cash in, click "User Points to Cash" that you will find in  "withdraw money", then your cash will be in your PayPal account within 72hr.

Every month 1 point will be giving to you for each of your friends that are still signed up.
